We bought a house last year that has real hardwood floors and, honestly? I can promise you that the flooring looks just as good in person as it does in the photos. Did you put anything under your furniture to protect the floor? We were told it was okay as long as it was only one layer of vinyl below.

We have a backyard pool and two dogs that have occasional accidents in the house and we have had absolutely no problems! And heaven forbid I had to move furniture! We have chairs in the dining room that get scooted around daily no rug underneath and my toddler is always dragging his play table around in the living room.

Why did you pick the glue down vinyl planks vs the click together which are more expensive? Does this product tell you how to prepare your floors prior to installation? I plan on trying to add some adhesive to the peeling-up boards before I replace them, just to see how it works, but the other one will need to be replaced. Wondering if we can just go right on top of these with the peel and stick vinyl?
